Team Building - Corporate Team Building games and team building activities are becoming a must for many companies. We provide team building sailing activities and sailing event programs tailored to suit your company's needs. A yacht is renowned as being one of the most effective vehicles for teambuilding and management development.

For the yacht to be sailed well the crew must work as a team, they must communicate, manage effectively, motivate, interact, delegate and accept responsibility. All these skills are also essential to our performance in business. Usually the corporate team building activities take place on our 36’ to 38' sailboats which are licensed to take up to 6 team members. The yachts come with Professional Captain and Mate who will teach the team the basics of sailing including: navigation, sail trimming, boat handling skills, and how to work and communicate together, while also providing team building activities. 

The need to build a strong, competitive and winning spirit! Our clients have told us that the teamwork and camaraderie developed during this day of fun and excitement directly carries over to the workplace with higher productivity and greater enthusiasm on the part of their employees!

Wine & Cheese (4 to 8 hours) These are gatherings for up to 10 people at the dock or up to 6 people if we go sailing.

Sunset Cruises (up to 3 hours) Groups of up to 6 people, sail around until dark.

Off-Site Meetings (2 to 8 hours) These are gatherings for up to 10 people at the dock or up to 6 people if we go sailing.

Raffles - You can purchase any of our packages and either raffle it amongst your employees or offer it as an incentive.

Sponsorship/Advertising - We will be delighted to have your company name or logo displayed on our boat, our sails or our “boom” (horizontal aluminum spar attached to the mast) for a fee.
